What is your return policy?
All items are final sale; no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For all domestic orders, shipping should take between 1-4 days.
For orders to Canada, shipping can take 1-3 weeks.
For all other international orders, shipping can take 1-4 weeks.
What size am I in the lined scrubs?
The lined medical scrubs run true to size for the tops, but run a little large for the pants due to the yoga waistband style. If you are between sizes in pants, please order down and they should fit very well! If they are still slightly large, washing them in hot water and drying on high heat will do the trick! Please feel free to email support@silverliningscrubs.com if you have further questions or need assistance before ordering!
Can I use multiple promo codes/discounts on my order?
No. At this time, only one promo code can be entered per order.
Can I get my scrubs embroidered?
Yes! Please email us with your name or logo that you want embroidered and the exact location and we would be happy to embroider it! Embroidered products are not eligible for exchanges and there is an additional charge of $15 for embroider orders.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We no longer ship internationally.
Do you have petite, tall, or plus sizes?
We are happy to now offer tall and petite sizes for our Degraw set as well as petite sizes for our Berkeley set! We are working hard to expand our sizing options for all of our collections, so make sure you are subscribed to our site or follow us on Instagram (@silverliningscrubs) to stay up-to-date with new releases!
Can I place an order for my teams and do you offer team discounts?
Yes! We would be happy to send a sample kit with various sizes to find your perfect fit prior to placing the order. Please reach out to support@silverliningscrubs.com for more information about team order discounts!
